Dreame launches its first robotic lawnmower A1
Today Dreame launches the long-awaited boundary wire-free robotic lawnmower A1. It is the first robotic lawnmower manufactured by Dreame. It can handle areas as large as 1000 sqm per day, 3D high-precision LiDAR, 3D mapping, editing, spot mowing and more.
The Dreame A1 was first presented at CES 2024 and we have been waiting with curiosity ever since. Sweden's first copy stands in our room and is ready for testing as soon as the snow melts away.
Are you interested in A1? then it is good to send questions to us so we'll make sure to answer these in our review that comes later.
According to Dreame, it should be very easy to install the device and go in only 15 minutes. Next, the robotic lawnmower navigates using OmniSenseTM 3D Ultra Sensing System, LIDAR and GPS. Positioning should have a precision of 1cm.
In the Dreames app you get a clear overview of your garden in 3D where you can also easily set the cutting height between 3-7cm.
Dreame A1 does not need navigation accessories such as antennas on the plot or restriction cables, but navigates entirely with its built-in technology. When the batteries run out, the robot goes back to the charging station for charging and later picks up the clipping where it left off, a full charge should only take 65 min with their “fast charge”.
The robotic lawnmower is easy to clean and it is easy to change the blades yourself. The maximum slope is 45%, thus 24 degrees.
We will do our best to get our review done as soon as the weather permits.
