With this support, Eve MotionBlinds can now integrate with multiple smart home platforms including Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Samsung SmartThings, offering a more flexible and seamless user experience.

The update to Matter is designed to be as simple and hassle-free as possible. Users of Eve MotionBlinds only need to follow a few simple steps in the Eve app to ensure that their products meet the necessary requirements and can take advantage of the update. This process includes checking iOS version, connection status to a Thread network and the actual connection of the curtains to the network. Once you update to Matter, you can't go back to using HomeKit only. The QR code on your curtain will stop working and you will receive a new generated code in the EVE app.

With this update, several new features and benefits are available:

  • Increased compatibility: Thanks to Matter, Eve MotionBlinds can now be controlled via several smart home systems.
  • Ease of use: The update simplifies the use of the product and makes it easier for consumers to integrate the curtains into their smart homes.
  • Improved functionality: With new features such as Adaptive Shading, which adjusts the curtains to the position of the sun, and several speed settings, the user experience is greatly improved.
