Lifx hints at new light strip for outdoor use

It looks to be a light strip named “Neon Flex Outdoor” that will be Lifx's first Matter-compatible product. On Tuesday, the product was approved by the Connectivity standards alliance (CSA) organisation that issues certificates for Matter.

LIFX Neon Flex Outdoor looks to not only be able to display all the different colors and white tones. It appears to be able to display colors that the user can “paint” in the Lifx app and then allow these to be animated. The light strip makes use of WiFi like Lifx's remaining products.
The launch date and price are as yet unknown.
