Xplora XGO2

The Xplora XGO2 is very similar to the Xplora X5 Play, but it has slightly simpler features. Even so, it still offers extensive functionality and gives you excellent value for money. For children, the functionality is easy to understand because they can swipe their way through the functions of the watch in a smooth manner. Through a simple swipe gesture, the watch gives children access to the main menu, where they find basic functions such as chat, phone, photo and camera.

The watch also includes other useful functions such as alarm, stopwatch, pedometer and a flashlight. On the last page of the menu are the calendar, voice recorder, settings menu and calculator. It is worth noting that there is no function to manage apps at different levels, which means that some functions cannot be turned off, such as the calculator. This may lead to children using the calculator instead of practicing their main counting skills.

The Xplora XGO2 also offers seven different dials to choose from, three of which display an analog dial. In the case of calls, the function is easy to use, and you yourself can add which numbers can ring the bell and which numbers can dial from it. It gives you full control over the communication and safety of your child through the watch.

Using the GPS feature, you can easily keep track of your child's whereabouts, and you can easily set up safety zones to receive notifications when kids leave or return to specific locations, like home. In addition, you can activate the “school mode” on the watch to ensure that it remains silent for a set time of the day, so that the child is not disturbed during school hours.
